I began market gardening in May 2015 on a site measuring 3000m², where I adhere to the principles of permaculture. As I was unable to sell all my produce, and without wanting anything to go to waste, I set upon transforming it, at first into vegetable jams. I ended up being drawn to this activity, and so decided to develop other products, like syrups, chutneys, salts and flavoured oils.
